Please see attached this week's Headteacher's letter.
A reminder for you to also read the procedures for reporting a positive Covid -19 case during the holidays.
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following:
- student name
- year group
- date of symptoms starting (if no symptoms, please state this in your email)
- the date of your childs positive test result (the date the test was taken not the date results received)
- the last date that your child was in school
- the names of your child’s friendship groups (within school) if they were in close contact.
We also ask that you send a screen shot of the positive test result.
