Arrangements for external Year 11 students with a conditional offer of a place:
To confirm your place at SHSG Sixth Form, you must bring your GCSE results, along with a valid form of ID (passport or full birth certificate) to us between 9.30am and 12midday on Thursday 12th August. Please come to the main school reception. We will only be able to accommodate one parent/carer to accompany you inside the school. Other family members will be welcome to wait outside the main school reception.
When you enrol, we will check your results against our admissions criteria for Sixth Form and for your A Level subjects. You will also be asked to complete our online admissions form and an SHSG Trip Consent Form to complete the enrolment process.
If you are unable to come into school to enrol on results day, please email sixthform@shsg.org and we will arrange a phone call after midday on 12th August to discuss next steps. Dependent on your GCSE results and class availability, it is possible to change your subject choices on results day. We will be able to discuss this with you when you enrol
