We are looking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Lead Practitioner to join our successful Science Team.
This is a perfect opportunity for the right candidate as a Lead Practitioner to share their excellent skills and experience across the wider school community.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate who:
- Is an outstanding practitioner, able to teach biology and/or chemistry at all levels, including to A* at A Level.
- Is a biology and/or chemistry specialistic with a passion for their subject, committed to ensuring that all students see the beauty and the value in studying the sciences beyond simply having to pass examinations.
- Will be a positive, dynamic and impactful leader at SHSG with a proven track record of improving teaching and learning and leading students to achieving exceptional results.
- Will develop further the science team’s excellent academic performance and range of extra-curricular provision.
- Will be committed to continuing to raise the profile of science across the school.
- Will actively contribute to the strategic direction of the school.
